TBD Race Calendar: November 2018

These days we may be daydreaming of weekends spent hunting fall foliage but there is also a busy month of cyclocross racing on offer in November including one of our favorite races of the entire season. Head over to the full TBD Race Calendar for the full event schedule and hopefully we’ll see you out at the races!

  • Special shout-out to the 2018 CRCA End-of-Season Party p/b Lucarelli and Castaldi where a $10 donation to CRCDF gets you plenty of food and drink during the Club’s annual award presentation. The Party isn’t until November 15th but registration is now open on Bikereg.

  • This weekend sees a whole plethora of CX races in different directions as we’ll have part of the team heading Bubblecross in New Jersey while others go to Cheshire Cross in CT and still others head to Pennsylvania for Swashbuckler and Stoudts Cross. We’re splitting up in every imaginable direction making this one of those ‘choose your own adventure’ weekends.

  • Week two brings one of our favorite races of the entire year: Northampton International up in Massachusetts. Last year’s Top 10 on the Race nicely summarizes why this is one of the ‘can’t miss’ races on the cyclocross calendar. So don’t miss it! Seriously, its really good.

  • Fresh off the heels of Noho we’ll be heading to New York City’s ‘local’ cyclocross race: Super Cross Cup up in Rockland County. We’ve covered Super Cross regularly on the journal and there may be a propensity for brutal weather at the race it’s hard to beat UCI racing just over an hour outside of Manhattan.

  • The month closes out with a low key Thanksgiving where most racers will presumably spend the weekend eating left overs and getting ready for the unofficial end of many racers seasons in December at NBX. But if you want to skip the turkey there are a few races on offer to choose from.

As always if we are missing any races from the calendar just drop us a note using the contact form on the TBD Race Calendar page.
