In just over one week the To Be Determined squad is headed back to Burke, Vermont for the annual gravel and mudfest that is the Rasputitsa Spring Classic.
As we wrote about in a feature journal entry, last year was our first introduction to Rasputitsa and we walked away from the event thinking it was one of the best weekends of the entire year. From the pro racers setting an explosive pace in the front to the party in the back and the maple syrup shots at one of the rest stops it was an unique and highly memorable day on the bike. And it was all organized to raise money for a good cause (Little Bellas and JAM Fund Cycling).
With the 2017 edition of the race looming on Saturday April 22nd we have good news for anyone who missed registration (which has been sold out for some time): due to schedule conflicts WE HAVE THREE RASPUTITSA ENTRIES THAT WE ARE GIVING AWAY FOR FREE TO FRIENDS OF THE TEAM. So if you want to partake in a wild ride through the Vermont countryside head over to the To Be Determined Facebook Page and shoot us a message. First come first serve!
And while you are at it, whether you're racing Rasputitsa or not don't miss last year's journal entry on the event: TO BE DETERMINED FEATURE: RASPUTITSA
