Riding today in 59 degree weather it feels like anything but December in New York City.

However with the calendar rapidly filling with holiday festivities, winter is officially here.

Despite the change in the calendar though - come warm weather or cold - little has changed on the bike as the Team Ride remains focused on the long and slow miles of base building.
